Two weeks of back and forth trying to get information in order to move my 88 year old mom to a safe memory care facility. Questioning my POA, requiring tests that had previously been done, not returning calls, and some very rude interaction on the phone. I'm so frustrated and mad. My mom has to suffer another day because things seem to be a mess at the medical office. Not OK! Not health care. Not caring at all.
The turn over here is never ending, They are very nice but Constantly messing up billing wasting my time and money. I've tried for years to stay with them, but it just stays bad, im going look for a new primary care provider.
Best experience at the doctor's office/urgent care. It was the first time I had been here and they treated me like I had been going there for years. Not busy at all - short wait times.
