Rude unprofessional expensive customer service.
Dr Russel Kinder name says it all...He's KINDER than most pain clinic doctors. AND his staff, 5 stars for them as well. Just wish there were a magic wand to heal us all...make our pain disappear! But for now, Dr Kinder is the one to see. He's a pro when comes to injections. He's done my back 3 times and my poor old knee twice, was a breeze, the only painful part was pulling off the band-aid!...WHY was I so apprehensive? I have been needing a injection to do surgery for weeks and no one has the courtesy to answer my call . Meanwhile my pain is out of control . I made a complaint to manager and they discussed terminating me as a patient because I was apparently not a good person to go higher up. I don't recommend Adventist for any pain needs The care falls by the wayside
Unlike the previous review, I received excellent, professional customer service from the office staff, the medical staff and Dr. Kinder. I would highly recommend Dr. Kinder and his staff. I just love Sandra. She is a kick.
