I have been working in healthcare since 1999 and I must say this is the worst hospice that I have ever dealt with. They weren't on call 24/7 when we needed them. Only thing they did was come out and check vitals, which I can do anyway. I helped care for my Father in Law for the month that he was on hospice. They didn't even have the correct air mattress he needed. We bought the correct one he needed and we bought his non pressure boot he needed. I wasn't to happy with how the admission went along with I was told the health aid only do showers or baths and only stay 45 minutes because they don't have the time for other care. That's very poor service

My understanding is that social workers are supposed to be pleasant,helpful a good mediator between resident ,caregiver and the whole hospice team ,which like the previous review said , Msw Jackie is not!!! she failed to show any of this characteristics ,being problematic ,rude ,mischievous and intrusive . Compliments to the entire team except Jackie

I found the hospice team caring for my dad to be very excellent. My only complaint would surround the MSW Jackie who a part of the team. I found her to be difficult to work with and rude. I felt she treated the facility staff where he was staying poorly, though they truly were doing everything they could to provide excellent care. Again compliments to the entire team except for Jackie. Thank you.
