Too much advice, too little service.

I have Kaiser insurance, but due to a full caseload at Kaiser, I was farmed out to Adventist Health Home Care. I was just home from a fifty day hospital and SNF stint, and in need of occupational therapy, physical therapy, and a nurse. I was bed-bound and very weak. Over the next five months, my therapists were able to get me much more independent and mobile. I can now use the toilet independently, and walk a block with a walker. PT/OT I'm very disappointed. So first thing I didn't like was there scheduling process, witch was call the night before service and then they were never on time. Second they told me I would have a male physical therapist and then their other PT decided to change it on her own. Thirdly they did something called "co treatment" where they would send both PT/OT at the same time and then the OT took charge of the visit

I have extensive wounds on my lower extremities. Nurse Jamie my wound care nurse is positively the best nurse I've had since 2/4/23 and it's now 6/28/24. She has an entirely different way of taking care of my wounds from the people in the hospital. In the 2 weeks she's been my NURSE my legs are finally getting better. She's not afraid to try different ways of healing and what she does works. The hospital scares me now. It's like they didn't want me to get better.
