Wow! This is my mother’s second day recovering from surgery and I am beyond impressed and blown away by the service and attention she is receiving from the nurses and staff. From the moment we arrived, through the transition from surgery to the recovery room, the staff has been attentive and prompt. 2/20/2018 @ 4:35 am For the past week I had what I assume was the flu. I took only and I will repeat only ( because this info is important farther in my letter) DAYQUIL for the week I was sick, 2 ALEVE on Sunday and 30 minutes prior to my visit to the ER I took 2 over the counter Zantac. Utter garbage. Went to the ER for my mother who had fallen down the stairs. They told us they did x rays /ct scan and they came back negative. You are either negligent or lazy because Just now we found she had multiple fractured ribs and it looks like fluid in her lungs!! I get it you get busy.. especially this time of year but this is completely ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE!
Treats veterans who ask for help like trash. They will kick you out when you ask them not to YELL out personal information to everyone in the ER. Then they will say you can't ever return because Dr Sohrabi is so loud he is unable to keep his voice quiet. Disrespect to veterans . He should be FIRED. DISGUSTING treatment of patients.
