Went to ER on 020426 and this the worst experience I have ever had at an ER. The Dr was so rude and uncaring that I left without being seen for my excruciating pain from RA. Went to Mercy downtown and what a difference Drs and staff were all very kind and caring.
Worst emergency room n the state of California daughter was there for pain n abdomen and bleeding they ran their tests charged her 230 dollars and a 1900 dollar bill and said nothing is wrong and emergency room dr didn't even come back n and give her test results the nurse did they and she is still n pain and bleeding they r suppose to help people but to b honest they r more concerned about the money not the people maybe its a racial thing because she is Hispanic if u love your family member please do not go to this money hu... read more
this is absolutely the worst experience i've ever had at a hospital. i normally go to kaiser, but i was out of town for a job. Halfway through our 7 HOUR VISIT for a simple UTI, they separated me and my partner because the backend waiting room was "too full". They said she can come back when the doctor is speaking to me. Not when I'm waiting, not during tests, only when the doctor is speaking to me. she's halfway across the hospital. I was in a room by MYSELF for over an hour, with plenty of room for her to be there. I notice a lot of bad reviews of this hospital. I don’t have any experience with the emergency room so I can’t comment on that. My mother was discharged today after 14 days. I stayed with her the entire time. She had a heart attack and renal failure. My experience with all of the nurses and doctors is 100% positive. Everyone was very kind and took the best care of her. She was discharged today. Thank you to all of the hospital staff for everything you did to make my mother comfortable and to give her a longer life. ❤️
