The staff is amazing! Everyone is nice & very helpful with info on the center, trainers help with the equipment, its a very clean and laid back gym which I love! Never busy like other gyms in the area. Membership is adorable & include a wide variety of group fitness classes for everyone.

I love it, the instructors are great Maria and Michelle are my favorites, love their classes.The place is clean and beautiful I am so pleased. If you haven't been there go for a visit it's definitely worth it. ���
I haven't been in quite awhile due to transportation issues BUT, based upon my experiences when I did go regularly, I love it there. It is clean. The instructors are top-notch, and they give a great introductory overview and assessment. Sure hope I can get back soon. I had knee surgery and I know the machines and weights would be helpful in recovery.
