I just read Advent Health Wellness Center's description of itself. I 100% agree with a thumbs-up. "Creation", as I've known it, is a place like non other that I've ever experienced...and I used to frequent many gyms & health-oriented spas, etc. when I lived and worked in LA. I'm a former professional modern dancer, who has worked with top notch dance coaches that were experts on how to move and how to avoid injuring your "instrument"...meaning your BOD. Staff is very friendly and helpful any questions needed they answer clean comfortable gym atmosphere Has showers a sauna different groups you can join classes you can take in my opinion a great starter gym
The staff is so friendly, and helpful, there is always someone walking around making sure your ok..If you have any questions they are always there to help, they will show you how to use the equipment the right way. They have classes that helps you reach your goal, so come out and check them out, the ladies at the front desk are awesome and will answer all your question..Very Friendly atmosphere, great staff and Great Trainers, Wow!!!!! what more could you ask for Love this place 5+ :-)
