They were able to work me into their schedule immediately and gave me excellent care. The front desk staff was efficient and professional and my doctor was very thorough. I felt comfortable and well cared for.

Billing is horrible. We paid in full (out of pocket) at time of appointment for two office visits. We continue to receive bills in the mail. I am unable to get ahold of anyone in the office. Billing dept tells me to call office who tells me to call billing dept. I finally managed to get ahold of someone and she told me that they were bought by another company and pricing changed but still did not adjust bill. Customer Service sucks!!! We have been to both offices. Walked up to the counter no eye contact, no hello, no smile just “what’s your name ok take a seat”. I’ve never seen such miserable people in my life. We both work in healthcare I get you are under paid and overworked but who isn’t these days. A smile can change someone’s day, try it It may change your day.
