I had a new patient appointment scheduled here. I attempted to check in 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and while I understand offices prefer patients to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork, the receptionist was incredibly rude, refused to work with me, and said I couldn’t be seen since I was late. Absolutely unbelievable behavior from the front desk staff! She was verbally rude and would not even look me in the eye! I did my paper work twice and they never filed it! Then I was only 3 minutes late for early check in and she yelled at me that I was 3 minutes late even though my appointment wasn’t for another 20 minutes! She said I should’ve left two hours early to know there would be an accident on church ranch blv! She needs anger management! I myself work as a front desk receptionist and this was not acceptable!

Everyone I’ve worked with here has been great. Not sure about the other review having scheduling issues as I’ve never had a problem. They communicate and follow up very well!

Unfortunately for the scheduling and set up, this place is a little inconsistent. The PT overall is great but please explain to me how I set up a full appointment and then when it comes time, they tell me I have no appointment set up. No appointment at all. I literally stood in line, talked to the last, went through the process and input it into my phone only for them to tell me that I didn't have any. How did that happen?
