I had surgery for a rotator cuff tear and a bicep tendon tear on May 9th, 2025. The surgeon did a fantastic job, and my recovery has gone well. However, the office is an absolute misery to deal with. They over book the follow up appointments. For every appointment I have been rescheduled 3 times. There is no indication that anyone has read the physical therapy reports, and I have received conflicting information from the doctors PA and what the doctor has instructed me to do.
