It was a great experience taking my elderly mom to the center on a weekly basis. All of the staff were kind, knowledgeable , empathetic and fun . The Doctor was great! I highly recommend the center!
I recently needed to have a appointment for a burn on my face, I was distraught, crying ...Keri the customer service representative at the front desk was amazing...went above and beyond trying to get my authorization, worked with my insurance company and got me in the very next day! I developed a deep wound at the site of a hematoma on my leg. My Dermatologist recommended this Wound Care Center. It was a long drive an I was thinking of trying to find a closer facility. UNTIL I met the staff! The kindest, most professional group of people I have ever dealt with. They used medical honey, placenta and collagen on my wound, dressed it beautifully and gave me complete instructions. My lesion is GONE and I thank them for everything! Also Doctor Escobar is personable, professional and special...
An amazing wound care clinic with the most incredible staff: Leeann, Yves, Terri, Carrie, Lisa, Tatiana and Dr Escobar. They genuinely care about you and go out of their way to help you. This place is 10 star highly recommend!
