Had an appointment today, I was the first patient of the day. Checked in and had my vitals taken immediately, thought I'd be in and out. 45 minutes later nobody had seen me or even stuck their head in to say the doctor was running late. Had to leave...it's a work day. Looking for another doctor.
Had a great doctor. They switched me to a "Dr. Cook". Met the lady one time, she was unprofessional, as was her office. I needed help when a simple error was made over my insurance last summer, and they acted like I was trying to bum medication when all I asked for was a resource. I went in person to my main doctor, and was treated for the situation. Do not entrust this place with your loved ones or yourself. Awful practice and might let you drop dead before actually being concerned about you. Evil institution 100%
Had an appointment at 1:15 and I was 5 minutes late. I was told at the reception desk that the staff would have to be asked if I could be seen due to my late arrival. 5 minutes—- ridiculous. I left!
Both my fiancee and I go to this practice , I have had a great experience with doctor Robert's and his ma . HOWEVER, my fiancées experience has been horrible his first doctor was great the MA HANNA was unpleasant THE DOCTOR LEFT THE PRACTICE they have never gotten his medication together its been almost a year now with out a daily cortico steroid , so he has been placed with the p.a. who seemed great, but they still haven't gotten his med, plus HANNA is now her m.a. and still unpleasant Not sure what they are doing if anythi... read more
My daughter made an appointment to see Dr Roberts. Her appointment was for 10:30 then received a text to be there at 10:00. We were there at 9:55 but was told she needed to be there at 9:30 for all the testing before her appointment. That she would have to reschedule. When they did they wanted her to see an another Doctor in the office she requested Dr Roberts. I'm sure the office staff are the one that wanted her to see the other doctor. Why does the office mangers make this decision
