I would give a 0 if possible. My daughter came in this morning to establish as a patient and will never be back. The bedside manner of Ms. Werst was lacking as was her ability to relate to the patient's needs. Was extremely negative condescending and accusatory. My daughter was in tears while there and when she left as well. Carrie should not be in the medical business, perhaps another business that does not involve working with people or any living thing.
Staff is nice but this call center for Advent is terrible Trying to get my test results from colonoscopy and the “ supposed “ Nurse on call was insensitive and disrespectful. She was basically yelling at me on the phone . I like Dr Royce Dunn but the other Stuff is so bad I may need to switch doctors
The call center’ answering service is terrible. The lady seems to have no interest in her work at all. Rude and disrespectful.

I’ll repeat what others are saying, the doctors are great but since AdventHealth took over it’s been terrible. The main issue, just making an appointment to see a doctor or one of their assistants usually is now a 6 week wait, not much point to having a primary care location if you can never see them for issues that come up. Usually have to go in to urgent care. Just scheduling on their website is difficult, and when you call in it’s a maze of trying to talk to someones, and even then it seems like it’s a generic call center... read more
