The call center’ answering service is terrible. The lady seems to have no interest in her work at all. Rude and disrespectful.

I’ll repeat what others are saying, the doctors are great but since AdventHealth took over it’s been terrible. The main issue, just making an appointment to see a doctor or one of their assistants usually is now a 6 week wait, not much point to having a primary care location if you can never see them for issues that come up. Usually have to go in to urgent care. Just scheduling on their website is difficult, and when you call in it’s a maze of trying to talk to someones, and even then it seems like it’s a generic call center... read more
Office and providers are fantastic. However, the ‘call center’ answering service that Advent uses is deplorable. They are rude, disrespectful, and could not care less about you. What a shame that this is how you are treated when trying to receive primary care.
