How are you supposed to get an illness treated if you are scheduling that far out? Doesnt make sense. What a stupid response. 700 for an x-ray? Eat shit.

I just transferred to this location from Shawnee and had a great experience overall! The staff and practitioner were all extremely nice and helpful. They even mailed me the new patient paperwork ahead of time. My phone call to make the appointment was odd, I must have gotten a new person. Once I got transferred to someone more experienced though, things got sorted out and it was smooth sailing from there.

Although the staff is friendly attempting to get faxed documents receipt confirmation is like pulling teeth. Apparently, they use an outside service to receive faxed documents when speaking with staff members, it is unclear whether they received them or not. I spent nearly a day and a half trying to get confirmation receipt of a six page document. They could definitely use some improvement in this area.

I would give a 0 if possible. My daughter came in this morning to establish as a patient and will never be back. The bedside manner of Ms. Werst was lacking as was her ability to relate to the patient's needs. Was extremely negative condescending and accusatory. My daughter was in tears while there and when she left as well. Carrie should not be in the medical business, perhaps another business that does not involve working with people or any living thing.
