Horrible communication. Customer service and communication are poor. I left three messages for my Doctor-simple question. Never got a response from him, his nurse or staff. I had been a patient for 30+ years and am looking for a new practice that treats patients like customers.
We love how we are treated at advent health however we wait 2-2.5 hours to be seen by a doctor every time we go no matter what time of day it is
Dr. Connor Gill is seriously a dream doc - the best of the best! I agree with folks saying transition from LFC to AH sucked. My old PCP drove me bananas because he was totally unresponsive. It was madness. His departure made me give AH a second chance. It looks like the stars aligned and they’re getting their act together! Went to Leawood Family care since the 90's until they moved to their current location. Was with another provider until he became out of network. Went back to Leawood family care who had been purchased by Advent. Saw Claudia Wendel, explained the situation I was in needing a new PCP, the Meds I was on, first visit was fine, no problem on everything.
