Going to the doctor sucks on top of the fight with insurance however, seeing Hannah was a pleasure. I felt she truly cares about my reproductive care. She took care of me as if I’ve been her patient for years and I really appreciate that. Special shout to her MA (whose name I forgot🥲) but she was great too, fast and to the point but friendly and respectful. Thank you ladies👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I switched to AdventHealth Riverview two years ago after learning my insurance was no longer accepted by the OB-GYN group and hospital I had used for years (Baycare). I was assigned to Dr. Edwards. I don’t have anything negative to say about him personally, although appointments were extremely brief (usually under five minutes). They will not fill out FMLA paperwork after a miscarriage, because they think 5 days off is enough. They will not help with job security after a devastating event. What a joke! They do not take Veterans seriously and the VA should take them off the list. I would not recommend this place to anyone. THANKS AMANDA!

UPDATE: After posting our initial review, my wife was contacted by a higher-level representative from AdventHealth. That person took the situation seriously, heard the call recording and reviewed what happened, and helped get things addressed appropriately. During that conversation, we discovered that the front desk staff member involved (1) was not offering earlier appointments even though there actually was availability, and (2) was not offering any number or path to reach supervisors to express dissatisfaction.
