They will not fill out FMLA paperwork after a miscarriage, because they think 5 days off is enough. They will not help with job security after a devastating event. What a joke! They do not take Veterans seriously and the VA should take them off the list. I would not recommend this place to anyone. THANKS AMANDA!
UPDATE: After posting our initial review, my wife was contacted by a higher-level representative from AdventHealth. That person took the situation seriously, heard the call recording and reviewed what happened, and helped get things addressed appropriately. During that conversation, we discovered that the front desk staff member involved (1) was not offering earlier appointments even though there actually was availability, and (2) was not offering any number or path to reach supervisors to express dissatisfaction. They cancelled my appointment twice without notice. Told me if I want to reschedule I would have to wait another 3 months for a new appointment. I didn’t want to believe the reviews but now I do. Avoid this place unless you want them to waste your time.
Although there was some miscommunication between the office and medical team regarding scheduling, I still had a five-star experience overall. The staff was wonderful — Mercedes at the front desk was great, and Dr. Cohen and Dr. Bravo were so attentive throughout my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Ashly at the hospital was amazing! I don’t remember everyone’s names, but the entire team was so kind and caring. I truly felt supported and well cared for every step of the way.
