After reading some of the reviews, I was honestly nervous about my appointment, but my experience with Amanda Ballo, APRN was excellent. I came in with some health concerns and she was kind, thorough, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. What stood out most was how proactive and efficient she was. I am so disappointed with the care I have received so far from AdventHealth OBGYN. The first red flag was the fact that I was scheduled for the wrong appointment not once, not twice, but three times. When I was finally scheduled correctly, I waited 1 hour past my appointment time to be told I wasn't able to be seen because they wont start your prenatal care until you've had an ultrasound, which they did not schedule. I would stay away from going to this practice. I took my mother here 3 times to be seen for an INITIAL visit. She got canceled and rescheduled. Doctor wasn't going to be in. I found it to be inconsiderate of one's time and unprofessional. Especially for a first visit, bad impression for a business and practice.

Going to the doctor sucks on top of the fight with insurance however, seeing Hannah was a pleasure. I felt she truly cares about my reproductive care. She took care of me as if I’ve been her patient for years and I really appreciate that. Special shout to her MA (whose name I forgot🥲) but she was great too, fast and to the point but friendly and respectful. Thank you ladies👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
