I came in as a new patient for a yearly and a good amount of questions. I left with so much information and actual help. Dr. Villa is incredible, she takes actual time to listen to concerns and questions, and gives you the tools and knowledge to assist moving forward. I felt comfortable the entire time, and she doesn’t chit chat during the exam part, just tells you what she’s doing and how it should feel. I waited for this appointment for 3 months. I arrived 30 minutes early to complete all of my paperwork and get checked in to my appointment at 01:30pm. I got called at 01:50 and was just put in a room, 20 minutes later someone else came in and got all my vitals and my medical history, was told the doctor would be in shortly. At 02:45 I decided I was done waiting and walked out of the room to the front desk and asked for a refund and to cancel my appointment.
