I strongly recommend the team at this OB/GYN office, particularly Dr. Robison. Everyone is pleasant and helpful from the front desk to the medical assistants. I deeply appreciate Dr Robison’s bedside manner, it makes what can sometimes be an uncomfortable experience/visit much more bearable.
I am so impressed with how friendly & flexible everyone here is. I went in for something routine and wound up needing to double-check something else first. They were able to quickly squeeze me in what would/should have been downtime between patients to make sure all was well. Then *they* thanked *me* for being flexible, as if they didn't go out of their way to take care of me.
Had the absolute worst experience trying to talk to a receptionist or scheduler with ZERO compassion for a medical need and urgency to a situation.
