This office used to be great but it’s been months since they are a mess. One of the doctors she wrote in my records something was not truth. Then to fix the error has taken about a month and no fixing yet. They sent me to clinical records they have no clue that I requested it. The office manager never is available. One day I went for a consul regarding blood work and days after they called me to tell me they got the results!!!! That does not make sense. Alexandra, the MA at this office, was fired from Advent Health in Altamonte for HIPAA violation for accessing my Dad’s home address via the CERN system. She was fired because the keystroke log proved she, in fact, did abuse her access to PHI. It seems she has been rehired at this location thereby opening up my family to risk of her doing the same thing and handing out sensitive PHI and home addresses as well as Phone numbers and emails. Will be submitting an official complaint HHS and OCR.
