Today, I had the pleasure to meet some great medical professionals at Advent Health medical group in Deltona. Starting with my new primary health care Sabrina Snedaker, APRN, who took her time to get to know me and all of my medical concerns and needs and offered a great strategy moving forward. Recently walked in as a new patient wanting an appointment with the new Primary care doctor. At the desk an older lady behind the counter stared at me for a minute. There were only two people sitting in the waiting area. Perhaps no one has ever simply walked in because she finally asked if she could help me. I said I’d like an appointment. This office used to be great but it’s been months since they are a mess. One of the doctors she wrote in my records something was not truth. Then to fix the error has taken about a month and no fixing yet. They sent me to clinical records they have no clue that I requested it. The office manager never is available. One day I went for a consul regarding blood work and days after they called me to tell me they got the results!!!! That does not make sense.
