Awful service. I went at 11:45 only one physician until after lunch. I said I would come back. Went back at 12:50, before signing in I ask if I would be out by 2:15 she said yes. At 2 they took me to a room got my BP. I ask if I would be done by 2:15 or so, she said no it would be at least 45 min before I would be seen. I told them to keep my stuff open I was going to run pick my child up from school and would be back. I went back at 3 took me straight to a room. Only 1 other patient in front of me. What kind of hospital/system changes to a new program so they can't see but a few people everyday!!! I take my sick 4 year old to urgent care at 10 and they have already seen 4 people therefore they can't see anyone until after 1 and you have to be one of the first 4 people or you won't been seen at all!!!
Dr. Justin Menezes is the absolute best!!! I can't say enough good things and highly recommend him!

I took my son in and the dr said he probably had an ingrown hair on his hand. I knew it wasn't that and drew a circle around the redness. I had to carry him to the ER the next morning and it was staff.
