Professional, experienced staff. I appreciate the compassion and empathy of everyone who has been taking care of me. The housekeepers are thorough, especially in areas of that could be high infection (bed controls, light switches, doors and doorknobs, etc.). I am very impressed. And the food! Breakfast was great!

While I have been here for different reasons and I've had different experiences some good some terrible, I must say that this last hospital visit was fairly easy and pleasant. I was there for observation for my heart and they were checking for blood clots and everything and everyone seem to be doing what they were supposed to be doing. They were attentive and I have nothing bad to say

On September 26, 2026, I visited the emergency room at Lake Wales Hospital for a foot injury. While helping a friend get his side-by-side out of the mud, I stepped barefoot on an unknown object buried deep in the mud. My cousin drove me to the nearest hospital, where I explained how the injury occurred and specifically requested a tetanus shot.
