I was very disappointed with our recent experience at AdventHealth Laboratory, especially after having consistently positive experiences with BayCare. During our visit, the patient experienced five needle attempts, including repeated repositioning of the needle while trying to locate a vein. My lab tech was amazing as usual. She can always get my veins when most people cant and shes always smiling and friendly. I come to this location because of her. The receptionist for the lab was impolite and not very personable. First complaint I have ever had here.
