Bianca was my radiology technician and she was amazing. Professional, warm, friendly, and very competent. She talked me through each phase of both the images I needed that each required three images stitched together to complete. Bianca then escourted me to the waiting area where I was for only a minute or two before the next technician prepped me and administered the MRI that I needed. This team was very competent as well. Karen was AMAZING. I have had one MRI previously and this experience was worlds better than the previous experience I had at another facility. She was helpful, explained everything thoroughly, efficient, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend this facility and their wonderful staff!
