Emergency Room Visit: The hospital staff is very professional, courteous, patient and caring….. They make sure that you are always informed about your care during the entire process. All of the staff, from the cleaning crew to the Doctors (general / specialists). They treated me like a person, not just a case to get out of the way so they could move onto the next. Questions and concerns actually heard and addressed. Overall a great experience for a what could have been a stressful experience.

I could say a lot of great things but I will leave it to one. If a staff member had problems at home or work I would not have know. Each treated me as if I was their only concern. That does not mean I didn’t have wait a bit for someone or something at times or that they were not meeting the needs of others. As a healthcare provider, which I did not disclose, I have expectations as a patient and provider. As a patient my expectations were exceeded. As a provider I would be proud to work along side of them.

I love how polite and professional the front desk staff is and then the therapist are really sweet and friendly. They know what they are doing.

I will tell my family and friends about dade city hospital it is very clean and the doctor and nurses are very helpful to their patients , and they'll always busy taking care of the other patients
