On February 6th, I took my wife to your facility, I realized we didn't have an appointment so we waited 3 hours in the front waiting room than waited another 40 minutes in the rear exam room with no signs of any doctor showing up, so we left. Later that afternoon I received a call from Advent Health stating a prescription was sent to my pharmacy.
