The nurse prescribed me antibiotics antibiotic for an ear infection when it was my cough, sore throat and airways swelling shut that’s more concerning. I’ve had bronchitis and pneumonia multiple times in my life and this is at best bronchitis with severe throat swelling. I called them the following day asking for prednisone, which I don’t like to take but is necessary. They refused to consider it. Said I need to be on antibiotics for 10 days before I could come back and ask for prednisone. That is complete nonsense! BEWARE! ... read more
I went in this morning with my sick kiddo everyone was so amazing and kind they all greeted us. The nurse practitioner Kristina was so sweet to my daughter !Latrice at the front desk really stood out to me. She was BEAMING with kindness and she took the extra time to help me with a hiccup with my insurance. She went out of her way to speak with my insurance representative and got to the bottom of the issue. I can’t say enough kind things about how amazing she was!!
Made an appointment and was seen at the appointment time with no wait. Had a wonderful provider Kristy and nurse Bernie.

I have gone here a few times and the staff has been terrific each time. Today I saw Eloisa Sarol, APRN,and she was very thorough and handled all my questions with direct easy to understand answers. I would highly recommend this location for care.
