I took my son back in March 2020 right before Covid hit. He broke his finger playing baseball and Dr. McKenzie examined him and ordered an x ray which was done there by Cheryl. The doctor confirmed the fracture and we followed up w an orthopedic. Everyone was very kind! (sorry for the late review, but wanted to say thanks

I visited Centra Care this morning and was extremely happy with the treatment I received. Dr McKenzie and Karen were compassionate and knowledgeable. I didn’t have an appointment but they took me in fairly quickly and solved my health issue. They reassured me and made me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this location and if I need them again I would not hesitate to go there. Thank you Dr McKenzie and Karen for you kindness.
Husbands appointment was at 9:30. It’s 11:18 and he’s still in the waiting room. What is the point of an appointment at this point?
You make an appointment and you still have to wait 1 hour - 15 mins understandable BUT one full hour 😡
Had a 530 pm appointment, at 710 pm they took me out back to wait some more...
This place SUCKS!!!!!! Been here 2 hours and have not been called back!
Fell off a ladder and hurt myself. Went here to get it checked out. The staff was amazing. They were very courteous and professional. They saw that I was hurting so brought the paperwork to me instead of making me go to the counter. They also got a wheelchair without me asking. They x-rayed my hip and understood how much it hurt to move. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything. He got a second opinion on the x-rays without me asking.
