On September 18, 2024, I cancelled service at my address. Since that time I have spoken to several staff members at the Oreland office. I paid a yearly key service, monitoring and service plan. $694.70 was paid on October 30, 2023, to cover the service period, 11/1/2023-10/31/2024. I was a client for 16 years, since 2004. I gave a 30 day notice to cancel my service due to the sell of my home. My account was paid up to date. 2 months later I received a notice that I had 15 months left on my contract in which they wanted me to pay over $400. I was unaware of any contract and they advised that the contract auto renewed every 3 years. They also advised the company was sold to B SAFE.
