GG has been taking care of my properties for 3years now. She has been great to me. she screens tenants really well. replaced bad tenants to responsible people. I had worst tenant from the previous owner. He abused the rent mandatory for corona affects, and unpaid rent for so long. But she evicted him quickly right after. There’s a lot of my tenants who weren’t able to pay rents, she helped them applied to rental aid program. It was a horrible time during covid-19 pandemic.
