I tend to find that all property management companies are "meh" until something goes wrong -- and that's when you distinguish the good from the bad. I recently had an issue, and Kelly helped me out with it SEAMLESSLY. A shared space issue in the building had cost me $700 to handle, but the maintenance company and HOA were all deflecting responsibility. Michael was great to work with! Amazing customer service and highly recommended! I would give him 6 stars if I could.
We worked with Jackie Aro to rent a home in the East Bay and couldn't be more impressed with her professionalism and her personal touch on service. She was crystal clear with explaining what we needed to do to rent property in a very competitive market. Her move in inspection was very thorough as was her move out inspection which I have to add was very fair.
