I go to downtown grand rapids and the staff is very nice and work together.
The services provided are great. Their billing and financial department are horrible. I was told insurance and copays were paid. I received a refund check at least 10 months later. I called to make sure that everything on my account was ok. They told me it was their error and to cash the check. I did. I got a bill for the check amount 2 months later. Took 3 days to figure out that it was an error on their part again and to disregard the bill. Can't wait to see what they pull in the next 6 months.
Their physical therapy sessions are the best start to healing. The patient's progress is carefully plotted and as long as you show up for your scheduled sessions, you will find that it actually works. They stress continuing with the exercises at home and on an ongoing basis to maintain the healing. I am not very good at doing all of my exercises, though I should be.
Advent is very concerned about the patient's well being. Staff listens to your needs and goes to work! I've been to other clinics but this is the Best. Great Staff. Polite, skilled, and so helpful.

the therapist listen to their clients concerns. they keep in contact with your physicians if they notice any problems in your therapy. I would recommend them to anyone and physical pain for a consultation
