Advent home medical cause an immense amount of stress for our family. The therapist responsible for our daughters care was highly incompetent. Due to her lack of understanding and willingness to listen to parents. The Respiratory Therapist was incompetent, very nervous, was always late, left oxygen at our door unattended, texted instead of called, and was not trained properly to work with special needs children. Do not work here as a Customer Service Representative! There is barely anything to do because it is so slow. You can get tasks done extremely quick. You’ll end up working 2/8 hours a day, and doing nothing 5/8 hours a day. Asking to help anyone will get you nowhere because they’re not busy either. You can only clean your desk so many times a day....
