The doctors themselves were kind and professional, but my overall experience was ruined by the front desk and billing process. The staff was rude and unhelpful, submitted incorrect bills, and refused to acknowledge the mistakes. I ended up paying far more than necessary. I was also charged separately for a brief 10-minute phone call just to receive results from my annual visit, even though it should have been included.
