40 minutes on hold, forgotten about.
my first time and it was one of the most disorganized doctor offices, i have ever been. Waiting for the doctor nearly 30 minutes
Unfortunately despite booking Doctor Natividad, I was schedule with a PA, who was perfectly pleasant but not a Doctor and not why I booked an appt. When asked about it, I was told ZocDoc isn't always accurate, which seems like a problem to me. The office space itself and signage was questionable. In the doctor's room, there is a sign that I believe alludes to "we prescribe marijuana" without saying it. I do not have the slightest problem with medical marijuana but the obscure and unprofessional signage does not make one feel... read more
