She was very patient friendly and explained the situation with my deviated septum and how they could help me !
Very polite & professional
The procedure was wonderful and I breathe better than ever at a week out... On the other hand not much paperwork on procedure was given to me. The money is discussed but never got anything in writing. They do send in a predetermined amount to insurance. I felt a little in the dark. However glad physically I had the procedure completed.
