Janet was Great! She explained everything to me and the procedure was painless.
What a great experience. I felt that I was being heard. All my questions were answered and everyone went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was going on.
Janet Beeson, APNP was very nice. She was thorough and helpful. She let me know what she was going to do and walked me through it while doing the procedure. The scope didn’t hurt or feel bad. I love this place in that they have a plan to help me breathe better and to knock out snoring. I went to an ear nose and throat doctor in the past. They knew I had polyps, they shot them with cortisone and let me go with no follow up. This place has a long term plan to make sure I don’t have issues later.
