I have complained to the office multiple times about things and they’ve told me they’re gonna talk to corporate and have never gotten back to me over a month. I’ve asked multiple times so now I asked for a corporate office so I can call myself but they refused to give it to me Probably because they don’t want them to know. They are not doing their jobs correctly. This is very upsetting and knowing that I’m paying to live somewhere, and none of my concerns are being answered, and never experience this anywhere I’ve lived
If I could give zero stars I would. They advertise "amenities" yet provide none. The playground is outdated and unsafe, there is no volleyball courts or community lounge areas, the grills and picnic area are broken, there is no dog wash and bike repair station, laundry rooms flooding into ceilings, broken dog park gate with sharp metal sticking from the ground, hot tub and gym broken and outdated, no working "buisness center", people smoking drugs in maintenance closets and shooting up in the parking lot. This apartment is the worst. I haven't had cooling in my apartment for weeks. Thin walls, maintenance takes forever, good luck getting management to do anything you need them to, no one cleans up after their dogs, also the leasing office refused to do a walk through before lease signing (assuming because everything looks so disgusting and dirty), homeless people come and live in the first floor of the building and management won't do anything. This place is an absolute nightmare—do NOT move here! Everything about this place is a disaster, and you will regret it if you make the mistake of living here. First off, the laundry room is beyond filthy. You can see trash and grime everywhere, with overflowing bins and floors covered in dirt. It's so overpriced, and they don't even bother to mention that you need a laundry card or how to load money onto it when you move in.
