Lived here for 3 years. Week 1 I had to spend living elsewhere because maintenance hadn't actually cleaned after the previous tenant left During that time it took 2 years to get a bug screen installed on my window at all, and had a constant water leak into my dishwasher that maintenance could not fix. The building is ancient and the bathrooms have no ventilation, which causes constant issues with mildew and black mold. Haven't had air conditioning all summer. Apartment got over 100 degrees. Ended up in er with a heat rash and my dog has lost half her hair. When I try to speak to management they lie, give attitude, try to reverse blame, don't acknowledge emaills. Have had black molding bathroom for over 6 months, management says its not black mold, yet. Paint is peeling in bath tub and my window leaks. Landscaping is beautiful here! Normal wear and tear in common area, but they’re working constantly on that. Cleanliness could use some attention in and around entryways.
Haven’t AC all summer, people do not pick up after their dogs here. Prices are decent but remember you pay for what you get.
No water again ,twice in a week without any warning but these are luxury apartments according to them .... 🤣🤣 .AC system in our building hasn't worked all summer it was 90 at 10: 00pm last night. Maintenance requests go unanswered this mold in the hallways that they spray paint over the washing machines constantly leak. The balconies are falling apart and literally unsafe to use if you have children. There's roaches and mice and even raccoons and woodpeckers.
