No air conditioner all summer
My mom and I went yesterday to ask about availability and Brianna took us right out to view an apartment and gave a great tour very laid back and knowledgeable. This place has great amenities and its prices are very much a plus. Great experience so far.
Lived here for 3 years. Week 1 I had to spend living elsewhere because maintenance hadn't actually cleaned after the previous tenant left During that time it took 2 years to get a bug screen installed on my window at all, and had a constant water leak into my dishwasher that maintenance could not fix. The building is ancient and the bathrooms have no ventilation, which causes constant issues with mildew and black mold. Haven't had air conditioning all summer. Apartment got over 100 degrees. Ended up in er with a heat rash and my dog has lost half her hair. When I try to speak to management they lie, give attitude, try to reverse blame, don't acknowledge emaills. Have had black molding bathroom for over 6 months, management says its not black mold, yet.
