Without water yet again. No Air conditioner for the hottest days of this summer. I was told the AC would be working as of May 15th. It was not and never has been. Yes we do understand the heating and cooling rules set forth. Im a little confused why your response to the other review blames the tenant. Do you not understand the rules you set? Lived there for 2 years from 2024 to 2026 July they say they have a cooler to cool down your apartments unless you want it be in 90+ degrees until 8 pm and pay 1,600 in rent in your apartment in the summer and constant problems move in, but other wise move somewhere else. The less people who live here the better so this place shuts down. Content people have heat stroke from the heat because of no cooling
These 5 stars are for Christie, the Property Manager who has earned my sincere respect. This woman is careful, intelligent prioritizing work, reliable, empathetic, strong and always has a smile and a kind word. Her energy is great! She is the bright light here, keeping things going forward under what must be difficult circumstances each day. No water again ,twice in a week without any warning but these are luxury apartments according to them .... 🤣🤣
Lived here for 3 years. Week 1 I had to spend living elsewhere because maintenance hadn't actually cleaned after the previous tenant left During that time it took 2 years to get a bug screen installed on my window at all, and had a constant water leak into my dishwasher that maintenance could not fix. The building is ancient and the bathrooms have no ventilation, which causes constant issues with mildew and black mold.
