January and Sonia were absolutely amazing throughout the entire rental process. They were super attentive, kind, and patient- always quick to respond and made sure I had everything I needed. Even when I had questions (and I had a lot!), they stayed professional and friendly the whole way through. They made a normally stressful process feel easy and smooth.
