Bedbugs!!!!!! Need I say more??? Not enough trash receptacles. Roaches. Dirty people bringing bugs even if you can get rid of them. Crappy and slow maintenance.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Trash situation is third world country style. Homeless people camp in the apartment complex. It is Fourth of July weekend and the pool is closed. Wtf. Not to mention the leasing office staff has absolutely no customer service skills or really care about anything except being rude and u compassionate to the situation. I bet none of them have to live here. Do not rent here.
I strongly suggest looking at other apartments before settling for this terrible place. You can find much better places for the same money! If you don't have bugs in your place, you are dodging pot holes or trying to track down management to get simple things fixed!
The mail room outside my apartment exploded because if a gas leak. Yes, EXPLODED! Their balconies are old and falling apart. We had a cockroach infestation for the entire year and, just when you think it couldn't get any better, there were rats!
