A month without a stove. A month without a dishwasher. Hole in the ceiling and leaks that maintenance says “they don’t know when it’ll get repaired.” Their solution was a bucket. This place is absolutely horrible, everything is always breaking and when brought to attention, it’s always “oh we thought someone had fixed that.” DO NOT MOVE HERE
We just recently moved and had the worst impression of the services, all calculation given in offer to rent and welcome home letter holds no accountability. Moreover they don't care about customers, on the day of move in I was given wrong keys of building and gym where I need to get around maintainance people to get the correct keys. Seems like it's favour by them rather the other way around.
Advenir at French Quarter could improve by replacing all office staff with competent employees. I lived there for years and it's always had the worst customer service I've ever experienced by every office staff member.
DO NOT RENT HERE. 7 months and our dryer is still broken. I pay my rent on time. They can’t be bothered to cover what is in the lease. Also likely there are mice in the walls but I doubt they will do anything about that either. DO NOT RENT.
