I've had my share of issues with them, like not being made aware that two of my specialists were leaving the practice. But overall, I'm fine with their service. We're seen pretty quickly and I've never had an issue with referrals.
Advantage Care is horrible!!! They screw up referrals for specialists, you only get 15 minutes with your doctor, the urgent care at night, you can wait almost 2-3 hours before being seen.. My husband has complained numerous time to corporate!!! We finally left after our doctor left the practice!!!! I felt that they treat patients without any regard. You are just a number & a dollar sign to them!!!!!!!
