The customer service I have to say was very good but I was very disappointed with Dr.Mazzeo. I went in for a sick visit for a few things. One of those being I recently went into anaphylactic shock , completely stopped breathing and brought to the hospital. I could barely get that sentence out since he was in such a rush to get me out.I got a referral to the allergist only at my request ,not a second thought was given into what might have caused this or what the next step should be to finding out.
Dr. Chadha and Nurse Laura are great. Also Ms. Husband at the desk and Nurse Toni. The greatness ends right there. In my opinion these caring professionals mentioned are seriously hindered by corporate policy and interference's. Once taken over by Emblem Health the bottom line matters more to corporate than patient care. They ended sample medication dispersal for patients that either couldn't afford their medications or perhaps the Physician wanted to determine the effectiveness before making patients purchase them. The staff was great I was in and out the kids doctors was very good and detailed.
You people are there worst. If someone calls in a prescription refill on your 'automated refill voicemail' it shouldn't take 3 days to get that prescription. I've been out of my emergency ventolin inhaler for weeks because you idiots don't know how to do your job. You people are a disgrace to the medical community.
Dr Chadha is as spetacular as ever, pity that their endocrinologist won't take my insurance. It's awesome to be with him, he takes the time to explain everything and makes sure I understand
Dr. Vinaya is a wonderful doctor. She is very easy to talk to. AdvantageCare it's self needs a lot of improving. It's run like a business not a doctors office. Doctors sometimes need more than 15 minutes per visit with their patients. Anwering service isn't much better there always messing up. I use MYACP account online to make my appointments and request refills. We need to be able to speak to someone in the office and can't, the answering service is not located within the building it's out of state. Love my doctor hate adv... read more
They need to make some improvements ,they should put in more things like MRI and call patients with test results instead of making them come in for them
