Right away we noticed how nice, friendly, professional he was which put us at ease and made us very comfortable. He quickly came by, gave us an estimate and began his work. Dealing with Advantage Windows in Chattanooga, TN for the last two years has been one of the worst experiences of my life. It was worth every penny paid to my attorney to have it resolved to my satisfaction. I do not recommend this company.
PURCHASED 30 WINDOWS FROM THIS COMPANY. ON THE CONTRACT HE STATED THEY WOULD REMOVE ALL OLD WINDOWS. THE DAY OF THE INSTALLMENT I DECIDED TO KEEP OLD WINDOW AND THAT'S WHEN THE TROUBLE STARTED! I TOLD THE INSTALLER I WANT TO KEEP OLD WINDOWS, THEY STATED THAT THE CONTRACT SAID REMOVE AND HAUL. AGAIN, I SAID I'M KEEPING THEM.
