One of the worst service experiences we have ever had. We ordered new front and rear doors and, over 3 months later, they were installed with a different front door and different rear door hinges than were ordered. We accepted the different front door because we didnt want to deal with the headache of continuing to work with this company. Dave came out and brought samples and explained the whole process thoroughly and answered any questions I had. Everyone I spoke to was great! I absolutely love my new windows and entry door. I highly reccomend them to anyone and everyone!

The Sales person came to out home with samples of great quality windows. The whole process of sampling trough purchasing to installation was smooth with great communication and quick responsiveness from the company. Crew who installed the windows were very professional and knowledgeable. They quickly installed our new windows and we couldn't be more happier.

Trying to get a roof repair in February in Ohio is not easy. Advantage performed the repair timely and professionally.
Dave and his team did a great job helping me choose the right window for my home throughout the process. Their measurements were accurate and Darwin and his installers were very detailed in the installation of my windows. They were actually completed sooner than I expected. They were informative and cleaned up after themselves very well. I was even impressed by the perfect caulking and seals around the windows since I've never had a knack for doing that very well. I highly recommend Advantage.
