On 8/20/19, signed a contract $2K for sliding door, to be installed within 3 months. About one month after the contract was signed, I called to check in and said we scheduled for the end of November. I called back in November, Dave didn't answer or call me back for several days. I went to the business address. On 3/13/19 we signed a contract to have a roof installed by Advantage. We picked out our shingles and were told that the job would be done in 4-8 weeks. We endorsed a check for $2,786 from our insurance company over to them to purchase the shingles and other supplies. On 5/20 I was told that they were still waiting for the shingles to be delivered. Signed a contract on April 30, 2019 for Advantage to replace my roof. Paid $4,400 deposit. Advantage would never commit to an install date. Finally in late September they gave me a date of October 7th. I got a call at 8 that morning telling me due to the rain they could not start the job. There was a very light intermittent rain that was scheduled to stop which it did by 9:30 that morning. Advantage would not reschedule. They now do no return calls and still has my $4,400 deposit. This is FRAUD...

We ordered new windows for our whole house from Advantage Window and Door Company on April 1st 2019. Here we are, 3 months later, July 1st and NO word at all on the status of our windows. Dave B**** - our sales guy will not return our calls/ texts. So clearly, once he's made his sale, he's done with you. I have contacted him. My husband has contacted him. Nothing. Dave was super nice and easy to talk to. We told him up front what we wanted and he didn’t waste his or our time. He listened and tried to help us find the best option for our budget. 100% would recommend. He even had roof inspectors within 10 minutes!

Advantage put a new roof on my business property. The job was completed in the time quoted and the crew did an excellent job on it as well as the clean up. I would recommend Advantage to my friends and family.

A mechanics lien was placed on my house due to lack of payment from Advantage to the window supplier, despite the fact that I payed Advantage in full. A promised refund of $300 due to extensive delays in the installation of a storm door was never received by me.

Competitive pricing; installed twice as much ice guard as required by code; sales staff was good to work with and did excellent job of describing materials and process; construction crew showed up on schedule; hard workers; good clean up
