Horrible service, always get vm and no return calls or emails. It's 5pm, snow stopped hours ago and we still have not been plowed. Why do we always have to wait until 10pm or later, don't they understand we don't want to shovel or driveway because we PAY for that service.
Staff are very on top of the issues affecting our association. Very responsive, affordable and knowledgeable.
If I can give O star i would, this is horrible management I ever seen in my life, Michelle Kay and the people work at the office is unreal, unprofessional. Never return phone call or emails. Racism to the people living at townhouse, if residential requests something Michelle will say NO because of the board’s members not agree. But when others people living at the same area do something against the regulations they will lets it go just because they’re same RaCE. Anyway, Michelle Kay is a big joke. Do not recommend this HOA.
Our townhome association switched from our previous management company to Advantage Townhome Management and haven't looked back. I am on the board of our association and am completely happy with Advantage. I can't say enough good things about them. They go above and beyond what we wished for. A+
