We rented a condo managed by Advantage Team for 5 years and had a really great experience. The rent was always fair, and even over the years, the increases were reasonable. Whenever something needed to be fixed, they responded quickly and took care of it.What impressed me the most was that we received our full security deposit back. Very hard to get in contact, but when they finally scheduled me for a tour, I asked for confirmation, but didn't hear back. I still went to the unit and I waited 20 minutes, but nobody came. Edit: For another unit, they were responsive and were helpful.
The advantage team allows me to be a pretty hands off landlord. They resolve problems quickly and keep tenants happy. Highly recommend
