Very hard to get in contact, but when they finally scheduled me for a tour, I asked for confirmation, but didn't hear back. I still went to the unit and I waited 20 minutes, but nobody came.
I’ve been renting the same place for close to 15 years. In tha time in the duplex unit ran across a few things here and there that needed addressing. The majority were always handled in a time frame that often surpassed my expectations. Usually the contractors are friendly and trust worthy overall happy.
We've been tenants with Advantage since 2018 at two different houses and had nothing but good experiences with them! They have a hands-off management style which we really appreciated. Rent was priced fairly for the area, communication was easy, and maintenance requests were always resolved quickly. Making rent payments was also very convenient through their online portal. I would highly recommend them to any prospective renters!
I have been a tenant for over 3 years with Advantage Team and really appreciate their quick response time to maintenance requests and their maintaince team is very kind and respectful. If you are looking to lease one of their properties they manage, I can highly recommend doing so.
Maintenance requests and any issues that come up are resolved quickly. Communication from the company to their tenants is also very efficient.
