It is with the highest regret after 16 plus years of using this business for both my personal and business tax requirements, that moving forward I will cease to use the services from this company. Over $2400.00!!! spent and waiting more than 6 months to have things finalised, having to chase things up myself is not be my responsibility and not one single apology or care given. After supporting this business for 15 years, back when they were Alpha Tax, we were easily forgotten and discarded. It seems they don't want to deal with small time family tax any more and conveniently forgot to rebook our yearly appointment. Offering only a booking in late September after they have accommodated their more valuable customers. Thanks for nothing Jeff.
