This place is a ripoff moved in a 10 x 20 January 2025 @ $63. a month plus insurance and admin fees and tax . First increase to $114 . + in April, then in August they will raise to $165. +. per month. That's over $100 per month in 7 months. BEWARE STAY AWAY !!!
Been with them for 6 months and rent has already doubled in that time.
I stored my belongings there for the last 5 months. Every time I came to the property it was always completely clean and the property manager John would always swing by to welcome me. Last Saturday when the movers & I were there loading my belongs, it was so hot & John offered us all bottled water. John & the property are great, I highly recommend this location!
