They were great when we were signing up, but after that they dont answer calls or the phone hangs up after a single ring. Id expect someone to answer the phone when I pay over $300 a month & need assistance during normal business hours. I've been attempting to get ahold of someone for over an hour. I've been on hold for 37 minutes straight without anyone picking up the phone even once! Outrageous!
I have used this place twice before and come back again, Sarah's been Amazing and very personable. Definitely recommend Advantage Storage.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was clearly explained with no surprises or hidden fees. Easy access with plenty of moving carts to get your stuff in and out
