Their crew did a great with roof replacement, solar tube installation, and a couple repairs. As someone who has personally installed 3 roofs myself on other homes I’ve had, I really appreciated the level of detail to do things right with some small items that get overlooked or skipped by others who are in a rush to just get a profit. Sean is the best. He's motivated by making the industry better, and doing things right. Our ventilation had been screwed up by 2 other companies leading to high moisture content in the wood, and reactions from our family due to the microbial growth as evidenced on a CO2 meter we had up there. Thankfully Sean was able to fix the ventilation and we're doing a lot better. Anything he doesn't know, he learns, which is super important.
