We loved working with Advantage Real Estate! Amanda was amazing to work with. She did all the hard work for us and made the process as simple as possible on our end.
Coming back to edit my initial rating: If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Our building has no working washers. The spackle they slopped on top of holes, crumbles off every day. The real estate agents and building managers never answer the phone. They ask us to write good reviews for them, so don't let people fool you.
Amanda was incredibly helpful when assisting us with our transition to our new apartment in Allston! After showing us our new home, she followed up by email and gave us all the information we needed to know about the apartment. She was quick to respond to our emails and answered any and all questions we had. Thank you, Amanda!
In spite of significant adversity with the apartment I rented (no fault on their end), I can’t say enough about how helpful and responsive the Advantage team is—6 stars!
Josia helped us out with the rental and he is always super reachable and enthusiastic!
